I have a Master's degree in Kinesiology.
I have worked in fitness for 25 years.
For 15 of those years, I focused on spinal rehab and core strength.
I became a believer in Jesus Christ in 2014.
I also serve with His Sword Ministries.

Early in my walk with God, I got it wrong.
I spent almost all my time on my body.
I barely spent time on my mind.
I spent even less time on my spirit.
