My passion has always been helping people take control of their health so they can live strong, active lives — at any age, in any season. What frustrates me most about the fitness industry is the lack of true professionalism: too many "experts" with a weekend certification, selling cookie-cutter workouts that ignore the real science of how the body moves and heals. I've seen firsthand how that leaves people injured, discouraged, or spinning their wheels.
That's why I've devoted the last 25 years to doing things differently. With a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance, I've worked across personal training, strength & conditioning, spinal rehabilitation, and post-surgical rehabilitation — including 15 years specializing in spinal rehabilitation and core strengthening — and I've lived it as a lifelong athlete, from playing soccer through college on.
I also believe we're called to steward the body God has given us. So my work is about strength and function — never vanity — and giving you a trusted path from where you are today to the goals you want to reach, without the gimmicks, quick fixes, or confusion.
